This presentation introduced Prosocial, a science-based framework that integrates contextual behavioral science, evolutionary theory, and Elinor Ostrom’s Core Design Principles to support cooperation, improve team performance, and drive meaningful change at every level.

Through real-world case examples, interactive exercises, and evidence-based tools, participants walked away with practical strategies to foster effective teams, promote sustainable behavior change, and boost collective well-being.
