| Chayanna Heraldez serves as the Student Representative on the HABA Board, advocating for students across Hawaiʻi and supporting individuals pursuing careers in behavior analysis. She is dedicated to helping students navigate pathways toward becoming Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). She serves as a primary point of contact for student-related questions, concerns, and collaboration opportunities. Students, BTs, and RBTs are encouraged to reach out to Chayanna directly at studentrepresentative@hawaiiaba.org for guidance, resources, and connection. Chayanna also helps oversee the HABA Student & Technician Lounge – Hawaiʻi, an official HABA Facebook community created to support students, BTs, RBTs, BCaBA trainees, and future BCBAs across the islands. The Lounge provides a space for networking, mentorship, resource-sharing, and updates on HABA events and initiatives, fostering professional growth in a supportive and inclusive environment.
